What
are the ticket restrictions?
The
tickets are fully non-refundable;
however, they are valid for one year
from the date of issue. Any change
in rebooking dates (providing the
seats are available) are done without
charges but any changes in destinations
or itinerary will invoke a penalty
and fee. The fees are based on airline
charges. The tickets are also non-endorsable,
meaning that you may not transfer
your reservation to another carrier.
However, most airlines have partner
carriers which means that you may
hold, for example, a United Airlines
ticket, but be flying on United's
partner Lufthansa. Other than that,
you still enjoy the same comfort and
the same service.
Disclaimer
:It
is totally legal to transfer miles
to a third party. While the airline
frowns upon the "selling" of miles
and certificates, it is currently
being done around the world. Auction
sites also facilitate the "sale" of
frequent flyer miles (at your own
risk).
